selesia_jar2From the designated origin of the most renowned olives in the world, Kalamon olives are produced mainly in Greece and they are internationally considered as a superior variety of edible olives.

Selesia ‘s Green olives are produced in the villages of Sparta, in arid olive groves, under the shade of the mountains of Sparta; Parnon and Taygetus. They are hand-picked and fermented naturally in brine. After being engraved, they are stored into their final –bearing all necessary certifications packaging– with basil and extra virgin olive oil.

SeleSia Green is a local, family business ran by two sisters, Anna and Athanasia Baxevani,  who charmed as they were by the natural beauty of a small village of Sparta called Selasia, they decided to leave their professional careers and help the rest of the world discover this amazing’s land top quality, unique products.
